Doing a major house renovation from a distance of 2500 miles is a daunting task for both the builder and owner. Ted was quite good at maintaining communications. We held regular phone calls and used photos Ted sent to allow us to work through decisions and to keep the project moving forward. Email messages and texts were used to provide written records of decisions and to resolve items needing quick action. Throughout the project Ted showed patience, willingness to work with us on ideas and material selections, and a high degree of integrity. Jeff Kuhns
